2. About the Opportunity:
The Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on marketing analytics, translating data into actionable insights to support marketing measurement and decision-making. This position works independently on specific projects while collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver accurate reporting and analysis. The role is key to enhancing how data informs marketing effectiveness and business outcomes, requiring strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity within its scope.
3. Responsibilities:
• Support development and execution of marketing measurement frameworks, including attribution and incrementality testing
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and measurement needs
• Provide insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels
• Assist senior analysts in refining measurement approaches
• Support top-of-funnel and acquisition analysis to inform daily marketing decisions
• Apply understanding of key funnel metrics to interpret performance and guide trade-offs
• Translate business questions into structured analyses to clarify marketing performance
• Connect top-of-funnel activities to downstream outcomes without owning execution
• Assist in designing tests, interpreting results, and communicating findings
• Navigate ambiguous problems by defining scope and analytical methods
• Communicate findings clearly and tailor detail to audiences
• Document work, share learnings, and improve team processes
• Identify trends or opportunities in marketing performance proactively
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Develop strong knowledge of data sources and definitions for consistent reporting
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI into workflows responsibly and iteratively
4. Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• Proven ability to deliver insights that support business decisions
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to answer business questions using data
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related discipline
• Ability to travel twice a year for multiple days to a corporate office or strategic locations
