IT Software Engineer Senior

2. About the Opportunity:

The IT Software Engineer Senior plays a critical role in designing, enhancing, and programming software applications used in local, networked, and cloud-based environments. This position ensures that software solutions meet user requirements and maintain high standards of quality and functionality, contributing directly to the organization’s ability to deliver reliable financial technology.

3. Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, modify, and program software enhancements and new products.

• Use current programming languages and technologies.

• Write code and complete programming tasks.

• Perform testing and debugging of applications.

• Document installation and maintenance procedures.

• Collaborate with users to define system requirements and implement modifications.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent education and work experience.

• Typically 5 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor''s degree or equivalent.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000.

• Compensation within this range depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

• Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
