About the Opportunity:
The Luxury Global Brand Team is seeking a Social Media Manager, Global Luxury Brands who is energized by culture—people, place, design, fashion, music, food, art—and storytelling that advances brands. This role shapes how luxury brands appear across social media with taste, intention, and a modern, elevated point of view. The Social Media Manager leads global social strategy and execution, partners with multiple teams to translate brand positioning into content and campaigns, and provides guidance to regional leaders and property teams for consistent and locally relevant social execution.
Responsibilities:
• Own global social strategy, channel planning, and editorial calendars across luxury brands and key platforms
• Lead end-to-end execution for major brand moments including campaign launches, openings, partnerships, and brand activations
• Develop high-quality content ecosystems and brief creative partners/agencies with clear direction and elevated standards
• Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across social, protecting distinct brand identities and aligning to luxury standards
• Partner with Paid Media to align organic and paid social strategies, optimize content performance, and share campaign insights
• Coordinate with Communications/PR, legal, and support teams on community management, escalation protocols, and real-time response
• Create toolkits, playbooks, and governance materials to enable regions and properties to execute locally with consistency and nuance
• Track performance and report insights on content effectiveness, channel trends, audience growth, and engagement quality
• Support cross-functional initiatives including creator/influencer programs, content capture, and brand storytelling projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution within luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, fashion/beauty, or culturally-led brands
• Proven experience leading social strategy, content development, and campaign execution across multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of platform best practices and performance drivers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with social publishing, listening, and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Later, or CreatorIQ preferred
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media and CRM teams to align messaging and maximize impact
• Experience establishing social governance and enabling regional/property teams with toolkits and standards
• Luxury or hospitality experience and/or managing a global brand portfolio preferred
Compensation:
• Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $116,000
• Eligible to earn incentive awards, annual bonus, and monthly or quarterly incentives
• Final pay rate depends on experience, skill level, qualifications, and work location
• Pay will meet local requirements, including minimum wage standards
