2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant, Managing Director supports the Managing Director responsible for Operations and Finance. This role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks to managing scheduling, communications, document workflows, and cross-functional coordination that ensure efficient operations and financial management. It is a high-trust position with significant visibility into key operational and financial priorities, requiring autonomy, discretion, and proactive communication with diverse stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage the Managing Director''s calendar, prioritizing and resolving conflicts across Operations and Finance.
• Arrange domestic and international travel and process related expenses promptly.
• Support preparation for recurring finance and operations meetings, including All Hands and budget cycles.
• Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate and follow through on special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years supporting senior executives, preferably in Finance or Operations settings.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple complex priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
• Comfort with financial documents, operational reports, and summary business data.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
