About the Opportunity:
This opportunity is with an organization focused on advancing global adoption of crypto and blockchain technology. The role is part of the global Communications team and is responsible for developing and promoting the organization’s employer brand, attracting top talent, and effectively communicating the organization’s culture and values across a fully remote, international workforce.
Responsibilities:
• Position the organization as an employer of choice through creative marketing strategies and channels
• Support talent attraction for key technical and corporate roles globally
• Plan and execute hackathons and recruiting events, both virtual and in-person
• Support the development and promotion of an Early Careers program
• Collaborate with Communications and Brand Marketing to launch multimedia content highlighting employee stories and organizational culture
• Develop thought leadership content and articles for key executives
• Build relationships with industry and academic institutions to increase content output
• Lead creative execution of employer brand and employee value proposition
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Employer Brand, Talent Marketing, or related fields such as Brand, Communications, or PR
• Recruitment Marketing experience within a fast-growing technology business
• Extensive experience with common hiring channels and relevant systems, such as Recruitment CRM
• Experience managing attraction programs and events, both virtual and in person
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with executive presence
• Ability to organize and manage complex projects and campaigns
• Resilient, positive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Interest in crypto and the organization’s mission
