About the Opportunity:
The organization is a national, multi-specialty medical group based in Tacoma, WA, serving over 400 hospitals across 45 states. The Employer Brand Designer & Content Strategist will develop and execute creative strategies that support the organization’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through visual design, storytelling, and content creation, enhancing reputation and engagement with both external talent and internal colleagues.
Responsibilities:
• Design visual content for job postings, recruiting events, and employer brand campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Create multimedia assets that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and work environment.
• Develop promotional materials to support recruitment initiatives and highlight achievements.
• Collaborate with recruitment marketing and employer brand teams to align external content with EVP and brand identity.
• Develop creative assets such as screensavers, templates, and editable PDF documents for internal use.
• Create branded image assets for internal platforms and design graphics for internal newsletters and communications.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure visual consistency across internal channels and materials.
• Partner with Talent, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align content with EVP and brand guidelines.
• Organize and manage content assets for accessibility and consistency.
• Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to content calendar and asset management system development.
Requirements:
• Strong visual design skills; proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating and editing video content.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike.
• Ability to create content for both external and internal audiences.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-departmental work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience required; 8-10+ years preferred in content or recruitment marketing.
Compensation:
• This position offers an annual salary range of $85,000-$95,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
