Director of Operations Design & Strategy

About the Opportunity:

The organization develops a conversational CRM platform designed to enhance customer experiences through AI, automation, no-code configuration, and unified data management. The purpose of this role is to advance the visual identity of the organization across all marketing and communication channels as a Brand Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Evolve and uphold the brand system, ensuring consistency and creative growth

• Concept, design, and deliver assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, print, and video

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visuals for presentations, case studies, product launches, and customer stories

• Partner with the Creative Director to transform business objectives into visual storytelling

• Work with copywriters, marketers, and product designers to maintain a unified brand voice and experience

• Monitor design trends and introduce new ideas to differentiate the organization in the market

• Provide guidance and feedback to agency partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or tech

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and experience in motion design (After Effects, Premiere, etc. preferred)

• Experience developing concepts for multi-channel campaigns

• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to various stakeholders

• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency

• Collaborative mindset and interest in innovation

• Experience in web design, development, or motion design/animation is a plus

• Ability to handle sensitive personal data in compliance with regulations
