2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Success Engineer role ensures users maximize the value of the platform through direct technical support and engagement. This position involves interacting with users across multiple communication channels and requires technical aptitude related to API documentation and common SaaS tools. The role provides broad organizational exposure through collaboration with various teams, making it key to enhancing customer experience and driving company-wide impact.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email
• Assist customers in understanding API documentation and SaaS tools
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer journey and overall experience
4. Requirements:
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (technical background not mandatory)
• Technical experience or education
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn advanced topics
• Strong interpersonal and discovery skills
• Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Solid understanding of the technology industry and key players
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $85,000-$110,000 per year, location independent
• Equity compensation in ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
