The Exposure Management group advances this mission by applying data-driven risk analysis and machine learning to provide unprecedented visibility into threats across hosts and cloud assets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop back-end services for both private and public-facing web applications
• Build public-facing command-line shell utilities that interact with web services
• Design infrastructure such as databases and real-time data streams
• Provide integration support and documentation for related teams like UX/UI and sensors
• Configure and receive uptime alerts for controlled services
• Improve architecture, models, user experience, performance, and stability after prototyping
• Refine how customers leverage collected data to automate global cyber threat intelligence
• Maintain service health and uptime
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language with strong typing (Golang and Python used)
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with major cloud provider APIs, especially AWS, plus Azure and Google Cloud
• Experience with message queues (Kafka preferred), including message design and monitoring
• Understanding of data structures and commands for distributed key-value caches, such as Redis
• Experience with RDBMS databases and SQL (such as Postgres)
• Experience troubleshooting distributed system issues, including scalability, concurrency, and consistency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, including proficiency with algorithms and data structures
• Minimum 7 years of experience with enterprise cloud-based systems
