2. About the Opportunity:
The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing diverse marketing programs to support the organization''s business objectives. This role drives marketing initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery and return on investment. The position plays a key role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to the organization''s growth and market presence.
3. Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs including digital, print, and incentive initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management teams to align programs with business goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistical aspects to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate with distribution partners and vendors to meet requirements and capture ROI metrics.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral.
• Monitor and analyze program performance; provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with proven event planning and execution.
• At least 3 years of project management experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Preferred: degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with marketing software; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred.
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% domestically.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $84,456.00 to $99,360.00.
• Eligibility for annual performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance.
• Final compensation determined by candidate''s knowledge, skills, and experience.
