2. About the Opportunity:
The Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing is responsible for executing and growing high-quality, performance-driven campaigns. This role works closely with creators, mainly on YouTube, to deliver campaigns that meet business goals and drive repeat and expanded revenue. Beyond managing creative production, the Campaign Manager ensures campaigns launch on time, meet performance standards, and generate long-term value for both creators and brands. The position requires close collaboration with Brand, Talent, and Traffic teams to protect booked revenue, reduce slippage, and identify opportunities for expanding creator partnerships with new brands.
3. Responsibilities:
• Produce creative and effective campaigns that meet the needs of creators, brands, and audiences
• Own campaign timelines and execution, managing risks, preventing delays, and communicating clearly with creators and teams
• Develop and maintain messaging briefs and creative assets tailored for YouTube and other platforms, refining processes to boost performance
• Collaborate with Brand, Talent, and Traffic teams to maximize ROI and protect forecasted revenue
• Build strong, long-term relationships with core creators as both a production partner and strategic growth collaborator
• Identify and support opportunities to expand creator partnerships and position creators for renewals and new brand introductions
• Provide clear script and ad-read feedback to align campaigns with briefs and performance goals; collaborate with brands on approvals
• Monitor campaign outcomes and performance trends to improve future results
4. Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, content creation, or related fields such as brand partnerships, digital media, social media marketing, talent management, YouTube partnerships, client success, or project management
• Strong background in copywriting and creative development with experience producing effective briefs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders with advance planning
• Ability to identify growth opportunities beyond current campaigns to expand creators into new brand partnerships
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on execution, positioning, and timing to generate additional revenue
• Effective communication skills to convey the value of new brand opportunities to creators
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to convert expansion ideas into booked revenue
• Ability to set clear expectations and maintain timelines with creators professionally and firmly
• Discipline in execution, forward planning, and attention to detail to protect revenue and increase renewal potential
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities calmly and responsively
• Growth mindset with motivation to help creators build sustainable and expanding businesses
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience and location
