Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who will own the client growth journey. From attracting clients through smart campaigns to making sure they stick around and keep outsourcing to our Genies. This role blends digital marketing expertise with hands-on sales hustle.

What You’ll Do:

• Digital Advertising & Analytics:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI and client acquisition.

• Client Activation & Sales:

• Call and follow up with new sign-ups to encourage them to post their first task and use their free 20 credits.

• Conduct product demos and walk clients through how RemoteGenies works.

• Actively sell RemoteGenies by showing clients the value of outsourcing to top-tier Filipino freelancers.

• Client Retention & Feedback:

• Follow up with clients after tasks are completed to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.

• Suggest additional services and tasks they can delegate to Genies.

• Provide light account support to ensure clients get the most out of the platform.

• Email & Marketing Campaigns:

• Create and manage email sequences for nurturing and reactivating clients.

• Work closely with the team on messaging that drives conversion and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-channel digital advertising (Google, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics.
• Strong sales background with a track record of converting leads into paying, loyal clients.
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable on the phone, via email, and in product demos.
• Proactive, persuasive, and client-focused mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or freelance platforms is a big plus.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

You’ll know you’re winning in this role if you can consistently hit:

• Client Activation: At least 20 new sign-ups activated per month (posting their first task).
• Credit Utilization: At least 70% of new clients using their free 20 credits.
• Retention Rate: At least 40% of clients posting repeat tasks within 60 days.
• Ad Campaign ROI: Cost per acquisition (CPA) maintained within $25–$40 per activated client.
• Email Engagement: Minimum 25% open rate and 5% click-through rate on campaigns.
• Demo Conversions: At least 50% of demo calls resulting in first-time task postings.
