What you’ll do
- Own the end‑to‑end design process—from discovery research and journey mapping to polished Figma prototypes and design‑system components.
- Translate complex Web3 payroll & compliance flows into simple, human‑first UX.
- Pair with our Staff Front‑end Engineer to ship accessible, responsive UI that works for fiat and crypto payouts.
- Validate solutions through moderated testing with real users (we’ll recruit them for you).
- Contribute to the evolution of our cross‑platform design system (web app + marketing site).
- Help refine product strategy and roadmap alongside the Head of Design and Product Manager.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ product / UX design experience, with at least one shipped B2B SaaS or fintech product.
- Portfolio that demonstrates problem‑solving depth, not just polished visuals.
- Working knowledge of Web3: wallets, on‑chain transactions, gas fees, basic tokenomics.
- Ability to run lean research: user interviews, prototype tests, analytics deep‑dives.
- Figma fluency (auto‑layout, variants, tokens) and basic familiarity with Storybook or similar.
- Comfortable collaborating across UTC‑5 to UTC+2 time zones.
Nice‑to‑have: experience designing payouts / payroll / HR tech; familiarity with Solidity or EVM concepts.
