Growth Marketing Manager
Remote Team Solutions is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for one of our U.S.-based clients in the hospitality industry.
This is not a “set it and forget it” marketing role.
We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can take ownership of paid media performance, customer acquisition, CRM initiatives, and campaign optimization across a fast-paced, multi-location restaurant portfolio.
The right person for this role knows how to look at campaign data, identify what is not working, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into measurable growth.
What You’ll Own
- Execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Improve key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations
- Work closely with agencies, vendors, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Use CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to support marketing initiatives
- Support promotions, local campaigns, and new store openings across multiple locations
- Build organized reporting, campaign tracking, and performance insights that help leadership make better decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, e-commerce, or multi-location businesses
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign performance
- Experience executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong data analysis, reporting, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners
- Ability to perform in startup-style, fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with U.S.-based stakeholders

- Experience with influencer marketing management
- SEO or website management experience
- Marketing automation experience
- Customer retention or lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience collaborating closely with operations or cross-functional teams
