Responsibilities

Design bespoke UX/UI solutions tailored to each client — avoiding templates and unnecessary design elements
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that prioritise usability and efficiency
Apply sustainable web design principles, ensuring minimal page weight and optimised digital assets
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean, efficient implementation
Present design concepts and strategic thinking confidently to clients
Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Contribute to the development of internal design systems, standards, and brand identity
Maintain organised design files, assets, and component libraries
Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and performance best practices

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital or creative agency
A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance principles
Experience presenting to and collaborating directly with clients
Working knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS awareness)
Exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a structured remote environment
Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
