Key Responsibilities

Support content creation across platforms – including visual design, video editing, and repurposing existing material.
Collaborate on ideas for content, social engagement, and brand growth.
Schedule social media posts and manage consistent output across all channels.
Monitor and respond to comments/messages across platforms, and spot potential leads.
Set up appointments and follow-ups with identified leads.
Maintain and improve CRM systems, processes, and task organisation.
Use AI tools to streamline and automate marketing and admin functions.
Keep the team accountable with reminders, follow-ups, and clear communication.
Embrace a flexible, fast-changing environment with evolving responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

A strong interest or background in marketing, content creation, and administrative support.
Demonstrated ability (through projects, freelance work, internships, or self-led initiatives) is valued just as much as formal experience.
Proactive mindset – you’re not afraid to take initiative, speak up, or drive progress.
Comfortable with visual content creation, social media platforms, and basic video editing software.
Interest in learning and applying AI-driven automation tools.
Exceptionally organised, mentally structured, and able to manage your time well.
