We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting U.S.-based clients across multiple industries. As we scale, we are aggressively integrating AI and automation to eliminate manual work, increase output speed, and standardize quality across marketing delivery.

We are hiring a hands-on AI Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows across internal operations and client-facing systems.

This is not a research-only role.

This is a build-and-ship role.

What You Will Own

1️⃣ AI Tools Research & Implementation

• Evaluate and deploy AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make.com, Notion AI, Midjourney, Copy.ai, etc.)
• Recommend tools based on impact, scalability, cost, and integration
• Continuously test and refine new AI applications relevant to marketing and operations

2️⃣ Workflow Automation & Process Optimization

Build AI-enhanced systems for:

• Content creation & repurposing
• Social media execution
• Email marketing workflows
• Lead generation & prospecting systems
• CRM automation & data enrichment
• Internal SOP development & documentation
• Reporting dashboards & KPI tracking

Develop prompt systems, automation logic, and repeatable templates that reduce manual work.

3️⃣ Cross-Functional Enablement

• Identify bottlenecks across departments
• Collaborate with leadership to implement scalable AI systems
• Support client delivery teams with automation templates and structured workflows

4️⃣ Training & Adoption

• Train internal teams on prompt engineering and AI best practices
• Develop SOPs and structured training materials
• Ensure AI outputs meet brand and quality standards

5️⃣ Optimization & Reporting

• Track AI implementation impact on productivity and turnaround time
• Improve workflows based on measurable data
• Support dashboard and reporting automation

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

• 2+ years in AI, automation, workflow design, or operations roles
• Strong experience with ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Experience designing automation logic and structured prompts
• Ability to document systems clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong Advantage

• Experience in digital marketing workflows (SEO, email, social, reporting)
• CRM and project management tool experience (HubSpot, Airtable, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
• Dashboard/reporting system creation
• Agency or remote team experience
