Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to create high-quality, responsive WordPress pages and applications from design files.

Responsibilities:

• Translate Figma and other design files into pixel-accurate, production-quality WordPress pages.

• Write advanced, responsive CSS and maintain clean, scalable front-end architecture.

• Build sophisticated layouts, animations, interactions, and responsive experiences beyond the limitations of page builders.

• Develop lightweight portals and web applications within WordPress, including client portals and dashboards.

• Build custom post types, fields, templates, forms, user roles, and dynamic content systems.

• Integrate WordPress with third-party APIs, CRMs, and analytics platforms.

• Develop or modify WordPress themes, child themes, plugins, and custom functionality as needed.

• Implement custom JavaScript and event tracking, including GTM and marketing integrations.

• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, page speed, SEO, and accessibility.

• Maintain clean Git workflows and collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other developers.

Preferred skills & Tools:

• Elementor

• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and security

• Experience with third-party REST APIs and webhooks

• Demonstrated ability to build complex, functional WordPress applications

Qualifications:

• +5 years of experience in a Senior WordPress Developer - Front-End, CSS, Portals role or related role.

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.

• High level of motivation and persistence.

• Energetic and upbeat.

• Team player.

• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
