Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for paid advertising creatives, landing pages, and social media campaign assets.

• Ensure strict brand consistency across all visual outputs while maintaining and refining the Brand Bible as the brand evolves.

• Translate marketing and business goals into clear visual systems that enhance performance, clarity, and conversion.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to align design strategies with business objectives.

• Produce or enhance images and videos using AI tools when appropriate, while delivering high-quality work at speed without compromising standards.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of branding and performance-driven design

• Experience with AI-assisted tools for image and video creation

• Video editing skills, particularly for short-form content

• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar position

• Fluent English, both verbal and written

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset

• Energetic & upbeat

• Team Player

• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
