Your Role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in scaling both our B2C e-commerce shop and B2B Clean Out service through paid media campaigns. You will independently manage and optimize performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms (e.g., Criteo, RTB House), and affiliate networks. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Trade Marketing, and other Growth Marketing teams, you will take campaign briefs from concept to execution, lead performance reporting, run A/B tests, and work with partners to maximize channel effectiveness. This role reports to the Performance Marketing Lead and offers the opportunity to drive results and own key growth channels end to end.
What’ll you do
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms (e.g., Criteo, RTB House), and affiliate networks
• Execute campaigns aligned with business goals and cross-functional marketing briefs
• Drive full-funnel acquisition strategies, from prospecting to retargeting
• Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across channels
• Own performance reporting using GA4 and tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Holistics
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR, etc.) and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Ensure proper campaign tracking, budget pacing, and coordination with finance for invoicing
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives across teams
What You’ll Need
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce
• Deep expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and interpreting performance data
• Proven ability to design and run A/B tests and interpret test results
• Proficiency in campaign reporting using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Holistics
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in working with budgets and data
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
• Understanding of tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode, and pixel/event setups
• Experience working with second-hand, resale, or unique-SKU inventory models
• Passion for sustainability, circular fashion, and secondhand culture
• Familiarity with marketing data tools such as Supermetrics or automation platforms
