Location: In-office (Chennai) / Remote

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize the SEO team, ensuring clear processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement a solid 6-monthSEO strategy, driving growth in organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Oversee App & Play Store SEO for our mobile app, ensuring it ranks within the top 5 for target keywords within 6 months and top 3 within a year.
• Collaborate closely with both the Indian and Canadian teams, ensuring effective cross- time zone communication.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize SEO strategies and drive measurable results.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, ensuring that KPIs are met.
• Expertise in link building at scale and technical SEO
• Invest time staying on top of the latest SEO trends, technologies, and practices

Must-Have Skills:

• Core SEO expertise (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).

• Strong management skills, with experience in leading teams in an Agile environment.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI to enhance SEO strategies.

• Experience optimizing for the App Store & Play Store (ASO).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with React/Node JS-based SEO techniques.
• Experience in digital ads and performance marketing.

Tools:

• You have experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Stat, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, crawlers and other KW research tools.

Preferred Location:

• If based in Canada, the candidate will be required to work in-office.
• Remote candidates must be available to overlap with both Indian and Canadian time zones.
