Yasmin Interactive Virtual School is an online educational initiative dedicated to making quality learning accessible for children and young people, regardless of where they live or the challenges they face.

Through interactive virtual classrooms, engaging teaching methods, and a supportive digital environment, Yasmin helps students continue their education remotely while building confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.

The platform focuses particularly on supporting Arabic-speaking children and youth, especially those affected by displacement or limited access to traditional education, creating a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning experience for every learner.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and strategic UX/UI Designer to design a professional, scalable, and interactive digital platform that combines a modern website experience with platform-level functionality.

This role goes beyond visual design. We are looking for a designer who can think in systems, user journeys, usability, accessibility, and product scalability to help create a seamless and engaging user experience.

Project Objectives

The Platform Should:

• Deliver a modern and interactive user experience.
• Clearly communicate the brand identity and positioning.
• Improve usability and user engagement.
• Support future scalability and feature expansion.
• Maintain consistency across all screens and user flows.
• Be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow professional UX and accessibility standards.

Scope of Work

UX Responsibilities

The Selected Designer Will Be Responsible For:

• Participating in discovery and research activities.
• Conducting competitor analysis.
• Mapping user journeys.
• Developing information architecture.
• Planning the sitemap structure.
• Creating user flows.
• Designing wireframes.
• Providing UX strategy recommendations.
• Planning interaction logic and behavior.
• Defining responsive UX behavior across devices.

UI Responsibilities

The Selected Designer Will Be Responsible For:

• Creating high-fidelity UI designs.
• Building a modern and scalable design system.
• Developing a component library.
• Establishing typography guidelines.
• Creating a color system.
• Defining grid and spacing systems.
• Designing component interaction states.
• Creating responsive layouts.
• Providing motion and micro-interaction direction.
• Delivering developer-ready design files.

• Flexible CMS and platform integration.
