Senior Product Designer

Relai is on a mission to simplify Bitcoin saving and investing. As Europe's fastest growing Bitcoin-only investment app, we're rapidly scaling and to support this growth, we're building a lean and high-performing finance team ready to drive impact.

We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience for thousands of Bitcoin users. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and our community to design elegant, functional, and engaging experiences that make complex financial processes feel effortless.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire design process: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, flows, and interactions.
• Create pixel-perfect designs for mobile and web that meet brand and UX guidelines.
• Advocate for the user, embedding accessibility, trust, and clarity in all touchpoints.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent branding and UX across platforms.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in product design, preferably mobile-first fintech or crypto.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methods (quantitative data analysis is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment (AI-assisted workflows are a plus).
• Passion for Bitcoin and familiarity with Bitcoin/crypto apps for research and benchmarking.
