The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Consumer Marketing to build and own Reklaim’s consumer growth engine. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our consumer apps. You’ll run end-to-end campaigns - from paid social and influencer marketing to email, referral programs, and lifecycle initiatives - to grow our subscriber base and revenue.
You’ll work closely with the product team to align on launches and turn new features into demand, while testing and iterating to find scalable, high-ROI growth channels. Over time, you’ll help build a small but mighty marketing team around what works.
What You’ll Do
- Own consumer growth marketing across Reklaim Rewards, Reklaim Protect, and Reklaim Invest
- Drive user acquisition through paid social, influencers, affiliates, partnerships, and organic channels
- Optimize onboarding and retention, building lifecycle campaigns that activate and re-engage users
- Design and run growth experiments to test messaging, channels, funnels, and referral loops
- Analyze performance across the entire funnel, optimizing for CAC, LTV, activation, and churn reduction
- Lead content and social strategies that build trust and credibility with privacy-conscious consumers
- Manage a lean network of agencies and contractors to extend capacity where needed
- Partner with product to turn feature launches into demand-driving campaigns
- Report on growth KPIs and recommend new initiatives to scale consumer adoption
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, ideally for a digital product or subscription service
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns
- Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and funnel optimization
- Experience running growth experiments and using analytics to inform decisions
- Strong understanding of digital channels (paid social, SEO/ASO, influencer, email, organic)
- Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
- Able to balance execution with strategy - you can build, test, and scale
- Product marketing experience is a strong plus (working on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features)
- Bonus: Experience in privacy, fintech, consumer apps, or mission-driven brands
