Full-Stack Engineer/Partner (South Florida)

Commercial real estate transactions represent hundreds of billions of dollars annually, yet the technology supporting them remains intermediary heavy, fragmented and outdated. REItrades is building the infrastructure to modernize this process.

REItrades is the first principal-to-principal marketplace for commercial real estate (CRE) transactions ($5M+), enabling CRE investors to buy and sell assets directly while eliminating the inefficiencies and costs of traditional brokerage.

We are looking for a senior full-stack software engineer based in South Florida to join our team full-time as a partner and take ownership of the next stage of platform development.

This is not a contract role and we’re not looking for a third-party software development firm.

We are looking for someone who believes in our value proposition, wants to help build the company long-term, and is willing to commit fully to REItrades as the core technical hands on leader.

This role will work directly with the founders to continue to build key parts of the platform and further develop our marketplace product.

This is an early-stage opportunity with equity participation, with salary expected once funding is raised. We recently completed our beta soft launch (October 2025) featuring 5 exclusive deals worth $120M+ and have already onboarded 200+ investment firms from our large network of buyers. Early adoption from both buyers and sellers confirms strong demand for a more efficient way to transact CRE.

Current Platform Capabilities:

• Create and manage property listings through a guided workflow

• Automatically generate marketing materials (Teasers & Offering Memorandums)

• Distribute deals to a curated network of CRE investors

• Execute NDAs digitally and unlock confidential deal files

• Secure data room for document sharing and deal collaboration

• Direct buyer–seller communication chat within each listing

• Track engagement, analytics, and buyer activity in real time

• Submit and manage LOIs and offers through the platform

• Manage due diligence workflows once a deal is under contract

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Rebuild and improve the frontend user experience

• Continue development of the existing backend services

• Organize and optimize our database architecture and platform infrastructure

• Build new marketplace features and product workflows

• Improve the listing creation and OM generation systems

• Develop admin tools for user, subscription, and database management
• Maintain and extend the current cloud architecture

Ideal Candidate

Must Be:

• Based in South Florida

• Available full-time

• Willing to commit long-term to the company

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack development experience

• Experience building and maintaining production web applications

• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and database layers

• Experience with modern JS frameworks (Vue, React, or similar)

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure

• Ability to understand and work within a Rust-based backend environment

• Strong architectural thinking and ability to improve existing systems

Major Plus: Experience in commercial real estate technology or marketplaces; and understanding the CRE transaction process is extremely valuable.

This role is structured as a founding technical position with meaningful equity participation.
