We’re hiring a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to own creative execution of international key accounts and take charge of team leadership across our Asia-Pacific operations.

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Type: Full-Time Contract (3-Month Paid Trial)

Monthly Compensation: PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000 (Based on experience and value)

Reisefilm [Meaning Travel Film in Norwegian] is a creative agency with over 10 years of experience producing emotionally-driven branded content for clients in the travel, transportation, lifestyle, and real estate sectors. With active operations in Oslo and Manila, we are now entering a strategic growth phase and are looking to expand further and stronger into the Asia-Pacific market.

We are seeking a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of social strategy, content development, and account management. This is a key role with direct impact on our brand, clients, and scaling operations.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings a blend of creative leadership, executional discipline, and strategic clarity. You must have:

• 4+ years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced creative environment
• Proven leadership and experience managing both people and key client accounts
• A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in short- and long-form video editing. (Need to know how to do it, not just delegate it.)
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• A strong performance mindset, using data and feedback to optimize content
• High-level creative thinking and critical problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Managing two international key client accounts
• Leading the planning and execution of content calendars and campaigns across platforms
• Using Monday.com to structure, assign, and oversee tasks across internal teams
• Coordinating with internal editors and designers, or pulling in resources as needed
• Writing and overseeing the creation of compelling, strategic, and visually cohesive posts
• Creating funnels for each post — linking them to specific destinations or objectives
• Monitoring KPIs and using analytics to drive performance improvements
• Handling approvals, communications, and reporting for clients
• Building and evolving workflows, creatives and systems across projects
• Leading feedback cycles, overseeing quality control, and maintaining accountability across the team
