Role Overview:
A leading US digital media marketing agency is seeking a TikTok Brand Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of TikTok-focused content strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for short-form video, influencer coordination, and brand storytelling, who knows how to guide creators and strategists toward measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TikTok brand strategy, defining objectives, voice, themes, and content direction.
- Coordinate creators and influencers to ensure timely and aligned content delivery.
- Conduct audits and analyze KPIs, trends, and competitive performance.
- Present strategies to clients, review drafts, and ensure brand alignment.
- Develop and maintain TikTok brand playbooks per client.
- Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on metrics and feedback.
- Track deliverables and timelines using ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Strategist role for digital marketing agency. (MANDATORY).
- Strong knowledge of TikTok content, trends, and platform best practices. (REQUIRED)
- +2 years Paid Media Experience. (REQUIRED).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with creative teams, freelancers, or influencers.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Advanced English.
- Preferred: experience with eCommerce/DTC brands and video editing tools (CapCut, TikTok Editor).
About the Position:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST Time Zone).
- Full-time, 100% remote.
