Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with a digital-first mindset, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that connect brands with audiences and drive results. This role blends strategic thinking, creativity, and data analysis, with experience in CRM, eCommerce, and digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-funnel digital strategies in collaboration with the account team.
- Define customer journeys and align content, SEO/SEM, and social strategies.
- Ensure creative execution is aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize user experience and conversion on digital platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and coordinate DTC product launches and key campaigns.
- Participate in real-time “go-live” sessions as a technical point of contact.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analytics specialists to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in digital marketing (preferably in an agency environment).
- English level: Advanced (C1 or C2 Mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Prefered)
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for digital marketing and innovation.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills. (Required)
- Self-driven, multitasker with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with marketing through CRM platforms (Klaviyo Preferred or similar)
- Experience Shopify/WordPress, and Google Ads/Meta Ads.
- Experience as a Paid Media is a Strong Plus
About the position:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Est Time).
- Initial trial period of 4 months with high chances to be hired long-term.
- Location: 100% Remote. Contractor model.
