About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Digital Marketing Manager with experience in B2B SaaS and a knack for bold strategies, managing systems and executing campaigns across the digital landscape. This person will own our digital marketing ecosystem, working to attract, engage, and convert target audiences through smart, measurable campaigns.
You’ll work closely with marketing peers and cross-functional stakeholders plus a few trusted contractors to execute regular communications and lead generation efforts with a watchful eye for performance optimization. This role requires someone who can toggle between strategy and execution—someone who knows how to build, launch, and refine digital campaigns from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns, including trade show pre/post outreach, prospect nurturing, and client communications.
Build and manage landing pages, email marketing workflows, and segmented audience lists in HubSpot.
Coordinate regular email communications to clients and prospects and oversee campaign reporting and performance.
Assist with sales enablement including tools such as self-guided and custom demos.
Social Media & Content Distribution
Manage our LinkedIn presence (primary channel) and monitor other social accounts.
Partner with contractors and internal stakeholders to develop, publish, and promote high-quality content across digital channels.
CRM & Lead Management
Manage and optimize lead flows between data sources, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Own lead scoring models and implement logic based on engagement and recency to improve conversion quality.
Regularly maintain and refine our segmented target audiences
Marketing Tech Stack & Analytics
Administer and optimize tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, LeadFeeder, and Tourial.
Track, analyze, and report on monthly B2B marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Collaborate with HubSpot and tool-specific customer success managers to ensure integrations are running smoothly and driving value.
Collaboration & Contractor Oversight
Coordinate with content partners by providing briefs, outlines, and resources to ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
Manage updates to key website pages, blog content, video assets
What You’ll Need to Succeed
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot (CMS + Marketing Hub); experience with Salesforce, Tourial and Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience running digital campaigns end-to-end—strategy, copy, build, reporting.
Confident working with segmentation, lead scoring, and list management.
A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small but fast-paced marketing team.
Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
Location, Compensation and Benefits:
Comp Target of $75-85K annually (based on expected contribution)
Equity and bonus eligible position
Benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance; 401(k), unlimited PTO
US-Only Remote position. Preference towards CO or CA but not required.
