Role Overview

We are seeking a No-Code Web Designer & Developer (Webflow Expert) to join our creative and development team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of interactive, scalable, and high-performing websites and web applications using Webflow, Wized, and Xano. You will also play a key role in shaping user experiences through UI/UX design in Figma, ensuring each project meets the highest visual and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & UX

• Design responsive and user-centered interfaces using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect alignment with client brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
• Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback and analytics.

Web Development (Webflow & No-Code Tools)

• Build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications using Webflow, Wized, and Xano, following modern best practices.
• Implement dynamic logic, forms, and integrations via APIs, Make (Integromat), and Memberstack.
• Apply Finsweet Client-First Framework for structured, scalable Webflow builds.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to execute creative concepts and web functionality.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and consistent quality.

Optimization & Maintenance

• Ensure website performance, SEO readiness, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain scalability and improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve the site’s overall stability.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and Webflow development (agency or startup experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Wized, Xano, and Memberstack.
• Strong understanding of API integration, CMS management, and no-code automation.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with AWS hosting, SEO optimization, and conversion-focused design is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing modern, functional Webflow projects and UX case studies.
