We're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our tight-knit design team of two and help redefine how people interact with automotive technology. At Reffine, you'll design digital products that millions of customers, dealers, and automotive brands use across 98 countries.

You'll design across our interconnected product ecosystem: a global CMS, real-time Stock Locator, flexible Forms Builder, orchestrating admin systems, and cutting-edge AI products for intelligent automotive experiences.

What You'll Actually Do

Own meaningful product areas while collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams. You'll take projects from strategic vision to shipped product, with the autonomy to drive solutions and the support to grow your impact.

Design systems that work globally across different markets, languages, and automotive ecosystems. Your work will need to be both locally relevant and globally scalable.

Move fast, ship smart following our core principles. You'll prototype rapidly, validate with real automotive users, and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. All while maintaining the reliability standards the automotive industry demands.

What We're Looking For

You have 3-5 years of product design experience with a track record of shipping digital products that real people use. Automotive experience is nice but not required – we care more about your ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into valuable solutions.

You're comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. Automotive is a complex industry with long sales cycles, regulatory requirements, and diverse stakeholders. You thrive when there's no obvious right answer.

You communicate with clarity and conviction (in both Polish and English fluently). Whether you're presenting to our team or explaining design rationale to automotive executives, you make the complex clear and build confidence in your solutions.

You’re detail-oriented and attentive to the small things that make a big difference. To show you have read this carefully, please begin your brief note in the application form with the word “avocado”.
