Company
We're the AI design platform powering some of the world's biggest fashion brands and retailers — official LVMH partner, real enterprise contracts, real production load. Our product covers Brand DNA analysis, AI-driven design, trend intelligence, tech packs, 3D garment visualization, and AI photoshoots.
We're a small, fast team. AI writes a lot of our code now — what we hire for is the engineer who orchestrates it: designs the system, picks the right abstraction, judges the output, and ships quality. Typing speed isn't the moat anymore. Taste and judgment are.
What you'll do
- Build backend (occasionally frontend) features end-to-end and own them in production
- Design and ship LLM, vision, and 3D pipelines — RAG, agents, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation
- Work across foundation models (Flux, Qwen, Hunyuan3D, Gemini, Claude) and orchestrate them into production-grade workflows
- Prototype Monday, deploy Friday, iterate next week — without sacrificing what makes the codebase last
Who you are
- Solid traditional engineering fundamentals — clean code, good system design, production-grade habits
- An AI power user in your daily workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) — you orchestrate, not type line by line
- Analytically sharp: ask "why" before writing code, spot the right abstraction, push back on bad ideas
- Comfortable owning ambiguity end-to-end
- 4+ years building backend systems in Python (or equivalent)
Stack: Python · FastAPI · PostgreSQL + pgvector · GCP · Docker · React (occasionally)
Nice to have: generative AI in production · computer vision · 3D / Blender · vector DBs and retrieval · fashion-tech background
Why Refabric
- Real AI work: design, vision, 3D — not chatbots
- Small team, big leverage. You ship things that move the business.
- Apply with your CV + a few lines on the most interesting AI-powered system you've built or shipped.
