KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive pipeline growth and brand awareness across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC through product marketing and event programs.
Manage end-to-end event logistics (e.g., booth staffing, AV, catering, schedules, and client hospitality).
Develop and execute regional marketing communication plans, including digital and third-party sponsorships.
Align closely with sales to support territory planning and optimize pipeline coverage and acceleration.
Design demand generation initiatives and account-based marketing programs for targeted enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with business development to prioritize and follow up on leads.
Enable the sales team with timely updates on marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze campaign and event performance; optimize based on key metrics.
Oversee event marketing budgets and maintain ROI-focused dashboards.
Craft personalized messaging and webinar content tailored to target accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in product and event marketing roles.
Strong background in demand generation and campaign execution.
Proven ability to deliver measurable engagement and pipeline growth.
Skilled at crafting content across various channels (emails, ads, SDR scripts, etc.).
Experience supporting account-based marketing strategies and regional planning.
Solid collaboration skills with cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
Ability to deliver tailored messaging and articulate clear value propositions.
Proficient in segmentation, budgeting, and business case development.
Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and demand creation tactics.
Competence with marketing analytics and performance metrics.
HubSpot and predictive analytics tool experience.
Strong content creation and presentation abilities.
Expertise in end-to-end event planning, including tradeshows, webinars, and client experiences.
