Senior Graphic and Web Designer

REES + STAGER, an established design agency, is seeking a talented Senior Graphic and Web Designer to join our dynamic team! As a senior designer, you’ll contribute to a wide range of creative projects, including branding, websites, package design, OOH advertising, digital campaign design and more. Your work will shape engaging and visually compelling experiences for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Design Development:

• Translate business goals, project specs, brand strategies, and user psychology into exceptional design deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, branding experts, developers, marketers, and content professionals to bring concepts to life.
• Produce drafts for review, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final designs.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Maintain open communication with project managers to clarify questions, provide updates, and share deliverables promptly.
• Work collaboratively under an Art Director to deliver exceptional design.

Technical Expertise:

• Leverage design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Adobe XD) and tools to create deliverables.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and industry advancements through workshops, publications, and professional societies.

Project Management:

• Regularly review task management systems to gather project details, task descriptions, and deadlines.
• Provide accurate time estimates and track hours using time-tracking software.
• Plan workloads to meet project deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

Experience and Portfolio:

• At least 10 years of graphic and web design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality design and adherence to industry standards.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Creative Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (frontend development) is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or 3D design tools is a bonus.

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
