Creative Designer - iGaming

We are currently seeking a Creative Designer, remote, based in Warsaw (Poland), for one of our client companies.

Creative Designer

We're looking for a highly creative and proactive designer who thrives at the intersection of branding, marketing, and digital content. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual design skills with expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools to produce compelling content across multiple digital channels. They are a creative thinker who enjoys turning marketing objectives into engaging visual stories, takes ownership of projects from concept to delivery, and continuously brings fresh ideas that elevate the brand. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, they collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, motion design, and video editing within a marketing, branding, or creative environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, visual storytelling, and high-quality execution across static and motion content
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent professional tools
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools for design, image generation, video production, editing, and content creation
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, visual hierarchy, and digital design best practices
• Experience developing creative concepts from ideation through final production
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, platform-specific content, and short-form storytelling
• Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, email marketing, and corporate communications
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or branding role
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, PR, and HR
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery
• Experience maintaining and evolving brand identity across multiple digital channels
• Passion for emerging creative technologies and AI-driven design workflows
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company or digital-first environment is an advantage
• Experience in the iGaming, gaming, entertainment, or technology industry is a plus
