Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our globally distributed team. Founded in 2004, Redux is a provider of Managed Cloud Services and Managed Teams. Nearly two decades of experience is complemented by a team of highly skilled and experienced DevOps specialists, Developers and System Architects working from North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Scale: Develop and scale the core infrastructure powering a digital health platform.
• Drive Impact: Lead high-visibility projects spanning the provider portal, patient experience, operational tools, and marketplace features.
• Move with Speed: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to design and deliver provider and patient UIs, integrate third-party services, and make key architectural decisions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Work across the stack, from APIs and backend services to frontend components, to deliver a seamless, user-first experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with a proven track record of building and scaling systems, making complex technical decisions, and delivering impactful solutions.
• Full-Stack Expertise: Strong background in web development with a focus on backend/platform work. Skilled in REST APIs, GraphQL, modern web frameworks, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), HTML, CSS, and advanced JavaScript. Comfortable with at least one backend language.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Previous experience in early-stage startups, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
• Product Thinking: User-centric approach to building products, with a desire to engage in product and design discussions. Familiar with 0-to-1 thinking and making smart trade-offs to drive product direction.
• Leadership: Goal-oriented, resilient, and resourceful. Able to think on your feet, push through challenges, and inspire others to stay motivated and focused.
• Collaboration: A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, values collective success, and is seen as a reliable partner and source of support by peers.
