Redsun Technologies is on the lookout for a Senior Java Software Engineer who is not just a coder, but a mentor, leader, and a proactive problem-solver. This role demands technical excellence, effective communication with US-based clients, and a passion for nurturing junior developers.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust Java applications using industry best practices.
• Collaborate to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide regular updates.
• Guide and mentor a small team of 3–4 Java developers, offering hands-on training, code reviews, and support.
• Participate in architectural discussions, tech planning, and implementation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution with speed and accuracy.
• Stay updated with technology trends and bring in innovative ideas to the team.

🌐 Bonus Advantage: Full Stack Skills

While backend Java expertise is essential, Full Stack development knowledge is a major plus. Ideal candidates will bring working experience or understanding of:

• Frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• RESTful APIs, JSON, and API Gateway concepts
• CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Database systems (SQL & NoSQL)

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Java development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful services
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers
• Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and lead with accountability
