Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing, strong technical expertise, and advanced proficiency in AI-driven marketing.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in scaling e-commerce brands through paid media while leveraging AI tools for optimisation, automation, and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to achieve scalable ROAS.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for ad creatives, copy, campaign analysis, automation, and landing page ideas.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and server-side tracking; troubleshoot attribution and data issues.
- Optimise e‑commerce funnels via landing page improvements, A/B tests, and CRO on Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms.
- Build dashboards (Looker Studio or similar), analyse data to find scaling opportunities, and use AI to speed reporting.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years in digital marketing (e‑commerce preferred) with proven results in scaling paid campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and tracking setup, plus hands‑on AI use in marketing workflows.
- Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with ability to build systems, run and fix ads, and demonstrably scale revenue.
- Bonus: D2C/product company experience, server‑side tracking and privacy‑first setups, basic HTML/JS/APIs, and international campaigns.
