Digital Marketing Manager

The Business:

Join a thriving Property Group going through significant growth working in Residential and Mixed-use property. The business are privately owned and fast-moving with a strong internal marketing team across Corporate, Project, Content and Digital.

Due to growth in the business, a newly created role has become available for a Digital Marketing Manager.

The Role:

Responsible for implementing the strategic digital marketing initiatives that enhance capability, customer experience and marketing effectiveness, you'll work across CRM, marketing automation, websites, SEO, AI and analytics to establish and optimise the digital frameworks, workflows and reporting systems that support the broader marketing function.

This includes:

• Build out marketing automation from the ground up across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including nurture streams, behavioural triggers and lead scoring, following a recent platform migration
• Plan and deploy re-engagement campaigns to activate dormant and inactive leads, enriching customer data through progressive profiling
• Oversee SEO, collaborating closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Project Marketing Managers on execution
• Drive website conversion optimisation, focused on customer journey, AB testing, CTAs and form placement
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards across campaign, website, CRM and database performance
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted marketing workflows and support rollout of tools like Microsoft Copilot across the business

About You:

• Experienced in marketing automation, this is the core requirement of the role
• Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (EDM, SMS, automation), Salesforce CRM/admin experience not required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a bonus, not essential
• Solid, mid-level experience in website conversion optimisation
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals beneficial
• Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, open to candidates from outside Property or Real Estate
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field highly regarded
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Experience working with AI and new marketing technology, professional or personal projects
