Our Partner Is Hiring: Product Designer (UX/UI) | Full-Time Contract

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) who enjoys solving complex design challenges and creating intuitive experiences across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

You'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work will have a meaningful impact on millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Design new features and enhance existing experiences across web and mobile products.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

• Participate in product discovery, user research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Editorial, Brand, and Business teams.

• Use data, user insights, and business goals to drive design decisions.

• Support rapid design iterations and creative problem-solving in an agile environment.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience (web and/or mobile)

✔️ 3+ years of UI design experience, ideally for iOS and Android

✔️ Strong expertise with Figma and modern design systems

✔️ Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI

✔️ Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and user-centered design principles

✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to Have

• Adobe Creative Suite experience

• Startup or creative agency background

• Experience designing healthcare, pregnancy, parenting, or other consumer-focused digital products
