Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist at RedGIFS, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making by building predictive models, ensuring data integrity, and translating complex analytics into clear business narratives. You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and CTO to deliver machine learning solutions and actionable insights that meet both user needs and business goals.

About the Role

This role requires the following tasks and deliverables:

• Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Formulate hypotheses, select appropriate machine learning algorithms, and build predictive models to solve complex business problems.
• End-to-End Data Pipeline Management: Select, acquire, and integrate data for analysis, ensuring master data management processes are in place and assessing data integrity from multiple sources.
• Visualization & Automation: Operationalize and automate the production of data visuals, designing dashboards that make complex data accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
• Strategic Deployment: Contribute to the development, monitoring, and deployment of data science solutions, advising on the effectiveness of specific techniques based on findings.
• Collaboration & Standards: Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to the development of organizational data analytics standards and best practices.
