Redfin is revolutionizing the real estate industry by using data, software, and innovative design to put customers first in the home-buying, selling, and renting process. The Customer Growth team is essential to our success, responsible for converting our 50M+ monthly visitors into Redfin customers. We do this by creating clear and easy user experiences that encourage visitors to engage with our services, like requesting a mortgage pre-qualification or a tour with an agent.
As a Senior Product Designer on the customer growth team, you'll be instrumental in helping users connect with Redfin's real estate agents and services. Your designs will have a significant and direct impact on Redfin's profitability, balancing iterative experiments with ambitious, larger-scale projects. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with various teams across the organization.
This position reports to the Customer Growth Product Design Manager.

Base Pay Range: $136,500.00 - 204,500.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
