Job Description

• Key Responsibilities

Design user interface elements for RedDoorz mobile app, website, and mobile web with consistency and usability in mind.Translate wireframes and UX flows into polished, high-fidelity designs.Collaborate with UX designers to ensure smooth user journeys and logical information architecture.Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and smooth handover of designs.Contribute to and maintain RedDoorz design system and UI component library, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Support in conducting UI reviews and iterations based on user feedback, data insights, and testing results.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

• Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of professional experience as a UI Designer (experience in app & web design preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for mobile apps and/or responsive web in B2C sectors.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Basic understanding of UX principles and how UI impacts the overall user journey.Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Skills & Competencies

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.Detail-oriented with strong visual and interaction design skills.Good communication skills to present design concepts clearly.A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate.
