As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives for the Mid-Market EMEA team. This 6-month contract role is designed to support the execution and delivery of a variety of marketing projects, establish and implement marketing processes, and assist in key marketing communications initiatives - including content marketing, thought leadership, vertical sales narratives, and digital marketing efforts such as paid ad campaigns, CRM, webinars, and social media campaigns. This role will focus on helping to drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation for Reddit for Business across multiple markets in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of an annual marketing calendar dedicated to a mid-market audience across EMEA that focuses on driving brand awareness, strengthening customer relationships, delivering lead generation, and increasing adoption of Reddit for Business product suite.
  • Create systems, processes, and toolkits to support the scaling of marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and consistency across markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, develop localised marketing materials, support translation efforts, and ensure a strong market fit for Reddit’s advertising solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that shift advertiser perceptions and drive engagement in international markets. This includes campaign coordination, project management, program creation, content writing, creative production, measurement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of digital lead generation activities, including quarterly webinar programming, the development and implementation of a mid-market CRM strategy, delivery of paid social campaigns, and email marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Support the delivery of marketing programs to enhance Reddit’s presence across key regions in EMEA through Reddit-owned events, key industry sponsorships, partner activations, thought leadership, and earned media opportunities.
  • Create a repository of proof points, including success stories and testimonials, to support sales and marketing efforts. Lead the development of multimedia case study video production.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, has strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects with multiple stakeholders across regions. simultaneously
  • Background in B2B marketing, content marketing or digital marketing in the tech or media industry.
  • Experience in lead-gen marketing for media platforms or B2B scale-up environments.
  • Understanding of the European advertising landscape, including agencies, clients, and trade partnerships.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a bonus.

Location

  • Preferably based in London or Amsterdam, but open to candidates working remotely across EMEA.
  • No travel required.
