Engineering Program Manager (EPM)

Remote, PST

EPMs should also have sound technical experience coupled with program management excellence experience (and preferably some compliance background). *****SOX/PCI ( really strong PCI)compliance!!! ********

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

4-5 years of experience in project management or program management in a technical environment.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
