Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our AI team and lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will work on complex projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics to drive innovation and solve challenging problems. As a senior member, you will also mentor team members and contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve AI-specific challenges.
• Develop and optimize deep learning architectures for tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve AI model performance.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI model training and deployment.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Present findings and AI solutions to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers in AI techniques and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Proficiency in deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning and generative AI models.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data governance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
