We're looking for an experienced SAP EWM Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation within a pharmaceutical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile programme, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM implementation projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within scope and budget.
Manage project governance and stakeholder communications across business functions, IT teams and external partners.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource planning, risk management and contingency strategies.
Oversee SAP EWM configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including GxP and GDP.
Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence.
Work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations and IT architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Manage project budgets, procurement activities and third-party vendor relationships.
Drive change management initiatives to support successful system adoption and business transition.
Required Experience
8+ years' experience managing complex IT projects.
5+ years' experience leading SAP EWM or Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM, including configuration, customisation and deployment.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of GxP and GDP compliance.
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-phase projects with budgets exceeding €1 million.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
