JD:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global team supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and related business domains.

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with a large international organization (3,000–4,000+ employees).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across Finance and Procurement functions
• Establish and drive cross-functional governance structures
• Promote and implement standard tools and frameworks (JIRA, Confluence, and internal project methodologies)
• Improve portfolio tracking through optimized project tagging and matrix reporting
• Standardize status updates to streamline reporting processes
• Build structured onboarding paths for new team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven international experience in large enterprise environments
• Strong JIRA expertise – essential
• Excellent soft skills: energetic, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence
