We are looking for a data‑driven professional who enjoys turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for the business. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and operations, supporting stakeholders by transforming raw data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visual insights that drive decision‑making.
You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end analytics process- from understanding business questions, sourcing and shaping data, through to delivering insights that are easy to interpret and act upon.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI (or similar BI/visualisation tools)
- Min. 3-6 years of solid, hands‑on experience using Python and SQL for data analysis
- Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and visual data products for business users
- Experience working with structured datasets and transforming raw data into insights
- Ability to explain data findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Business fluent English
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and translate needs into data solutions
- Extract, clean, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support operational and strategic decisions
- Identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities in data, and present findings in a clear and practical way
- Take accountability for the full data lifecycle - from data sourcing and quality through to delivery and improvement
- Continuously improve data models, reports, and processes
- Support data‑driven decision making by enabling easy access to insights and self‑service reporting
Nice to Have (Bonus, Not Essential)
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
- Understanding of how data is generated and consumed in production or automation systems
- Experience with maintenance, asset, or operational data
- Familiarity with concepts such as CMMS, MES, SCADA, or industrial data platforms
- Experience working with KPI frameworks, operational reporting, or master data
- Background in engineering, data science, or similar analytical disciplines
