We’re looking for a Digital Specialist to support digital strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program. This individual should bring strong hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, SEO, and reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable shaping and optimizing digital efforts that reach students, educators, and other key audiences. This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities:

Manage digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others
Develop SEO strategies and oversee implementation to improve visibility and content performance
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting
Leverage AI-enabled platforms and features for campaign optimization, keyword research, and content insights where appropriate
Advise internal teams on digital best practices and lead execution of digital tactics
Collaborate with strategists and creatives to ensure integrated digital execution across channels

Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting
Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO and content performance optimization
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush and platform-specific dashboards
Comfortable making platform recommendations and optimizing based on performance
DoD or government experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
